For the past 5 years, CEO of Mediterranean Towers Ventures, a corporate venture capital part of Mediterranean Towers Group- the leading, largest chain in the field of retirement communities in Israel.
The fund invests in Agetech early-stage technology companies and is a member of the A.A.R.P (The American Association of Retired Persons) international innovation collective investor's network.
Yael is one of the founders of the Israeli entrepreneurial Agetech ecosystem, a board member of the Israeli Gerontology Association and serves as a business and marketing consultant to companies on issues relating to designing products, building business plan and scaling up.
Throughout the years, Yael has organized and served as the chairperson / invited speaker in local and international conferences and was involved in writing a number of policy papers (local and international).
